Freezing causes the nanoparticles to drop out of suspension. So its important to check the weather between northeast Oklahoma and the shipment destination during the time it will take to ship. Please consider the following before placing your order:
We use 3-day heat packs in shipments of Smart Colloidal Silver as needed to prevent freezing. USPS Priority Mail takes 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and government holidays). If the shipment is going to a rural eastern or western states location, allow 4 business days to be safe. It's important that the shipment arrive before the weekend to avoid more opportunity to freeze over a weekend. Therefore, if freezing weather may happen in transit, we will ship the first day of the week. In that case, order Smart Colloidal Silver on the day before the first USPS business day of the week (usually Sunday). To assure the product doesn't freeze during forecast cold weather, we may have to delay shipment to rural eastern or western states destinations. You will be notified if this happens.
Check for freezing temperatures for the next two nights at 4am in the middle column at the NWS Graphical Forecast Maps.
Also, check for minimum temperatures below freezing in transit for the remaining shipment days at NWS Medium Range Forecasts (Days 3-7). Plan on 3 days from the first business day of the week and add a day going to rural eastern or western states locations.
If temperatures in transit will be below freezing, please order the day before the first USPS business day of the week (usually Sunday). If the shipment is to a rural eastern or western states location, you should wait and order the day before the first USPS business day of a week when temperatures will be above freezing after the third day in the region of the destination.

Please look at your Smart Colloidal Silver as soon as it arrives. If the color has gone (clear liquid), please email us with the lot number printed in the lower right corner of the bottle's label and describe what you are seeing. We retain a properly stored bottle from each lot for quality control.
